Customer Service - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Working within a contact centre environment you will be responsible for dealing with incoming requests from high profile clients based internationally.
Enquiries can be varied and will include travel, hospitality and even the provision of advice on day to day matters.
Candidates have excellent verbal and written skills, an excellent telephone manner and be highly computer literate.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Attention to detail is critical so accurate data entry is essential.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months working Monday to Friday 7.45am - 3.45pm
